    Robin took the time throughout this course to explain the stages of anxiety and DPDR and how to deal with them. The course was easy to follow with a step-by-step approach. I learned meditation exercises and postures to use for example during a panic attack, which has also been very helpful in other stressful situations. Robin has a very calming voice to listen to and makes sure you feel safe during the exercises. It is still up to you to keep continuing with the exercises and meditations, but for me it was a new step in the right direction and I feel that I am more in control of my thoughts and body. Through the social media group, Robin ensures that contact can be kept and positive experiences can be shared. With the powerpoint you can always fall back on this course during your recovery process 🙂

To have her as a guide , friend , and example is truly a blessing , as she knows exactly what you’ve gone through and radiates the most warm and loving energy that reminds you that hope and healing is possible.     I first experienced DPDR just over 3 months ago and was reluctant to seek help as I thought I could deal with it by myself. 2 months went by and I still felt super anxious and had loads of existential thoughts that were causing me so much stress.     Robin’s course is extremely helpful for DPDR and existential anxiety/crisis! I am writing as someone who had a second (and much more challenging) relapse of chronic DPDR and existential anxiety. Robin’s guide was a very helpful practical resource in my recovery. Her step-by-step approach to changing beliefs and practicing mindfulness through meditating was extremely helpful. While I am not fully recovered yet, I am feeling 90% better (I couldn’t even leave my house because I was terrified and experiencing intense DR).     I struggled very very bad with dpdr, existential ocd, and panic and anxiety after a horrible weed experience + undiagnosed POTS. When I came across Robins youtube channel and this course I felt immediate relief. Robin truly understands what it is like to struggle with dpdr, and understands what it is so deeply that her explanation of dpdr/anxiety etc. made it clear that healing is possible. During my recovery I found myself going back to the meditation provided in her course which felt extremely healing and grounding as well as the information she provided about dpdr and why it feels like it does, which helped me fear it less. She understands what so many mental health professionals fail to about the thought processes of dpdr and even OCD, and this understanding was a key factor in my recovery. Not only do I feel at peace in many ways now and free from fears that used to control me, but I know myself better, I know that anxiety/panic attacks can’t hurt me and I know that it is possible to return to yourself even after something as terrifying as this.
